Simple switch located at the side of the frame,  allow to convert the window from pivoting version to top-hung one easily. If you want to admire the view during a beautiful day, just move the switch and use the top-hung version. Now, nothing will obscure the view. To wash the window’s outside pane, push the switch down, and use the pivoting version to rotate the sash and get access to outer pane of glass. It has never been so easy to change the way of use of a roof window.
